To ensure a peaceful and focused experience, please complete your secure intake forms and update your insurance information (for those requesting a superbill), 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
The Day of Care
We believe in a process that is honest and simple. The remainder of your visit balance is due upon completion of your appointment, this allows us to focus entirely on your appointment.
Processing & Peace
Upon request, Valley of Strength Psychiatry can provide a detailed superbill after your visit. You may submit this to your insurance company to seek possible out-of-network reimbursement for your visits.

When is payment for my session typically due?
For the initial intake, a nonrefundable payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. The remaining balance for the intake, as well as payment for follow-up visits, will be collected after your appointment is completed.
This policy helps secure your preferred appointment time and allows for thoughtful preparation for your care.
What is the No-Show and Cancellation Fee
Valley of Strength Psychiatry maintains a no-show and 24 hour cancellation policy to honor the time reserved for each patient.

A $50 fee will be charged for missed or late-cancelled follow-up appointments. For intake appointments, no additional fee is applied; the nonrefundable deposit paid at the time of booking will be retained if the appointment is cancelled or missed.

The intake deposit secures time set aside specifically for you—time that often cannot be reassigned on short notice. This policy allows us to respect each patient’s time while continuing to provide consistent, compassionate, and faithful care.
